We’ve redesigned the charting experience to make it smoother than ever.

Our entire team is very excited to introduce these new features, designed to make your experience simpler and more customizable.

  • Advanced customization: Modify fields more freely within your form and chart templates.
  • Improved final preview: See your documents more clearly before finalizing them.
  • More flexible forms: Tailor the questions you send to your clients based on your specific needs.

📄 More flexibility when creating your forms and charts

 Add fields anywhere within your templates, not just at the top.

 Group questions in a section to have them appear together on one page in your client forms.

 Add descriptions to each field in your chart and form templates.

 The checkbox field is now much more customizable, including an option to make it required.

 The maximum number of items in “multiple choice” and “checkbox” fields has increased from 15 to 20.

🚀 For a smoother user experience

✅ In client charts, the client’s information remains visible while scrolling through notes.

✅ Display the client’s phone number on printed charts, making communication easier and ensuring compliance with certain professional orders.

⚙️ Bug fixes

✅ The issue with saving field placement when creating or editing templates has been resolved.
