In this article, you'll find the 3 steps needed to use our search page and book in just a few clicks. 💫
Step 1 - I find the professional of my choice thanks to the search page.
The GOrendezvous platform features a search page which allows you to search for different professionals based on your preferred location and preferences (professional’s gender, virtual appointment or in person, couples’ specialist, LGBTQ+ community, emergency appointment, etc.).
💡 In the “Where” section, you can click on “Near Me” to find the nearest professionals. First, make sure that your laptop’s location is activated.
- After entering your preferences, you'll find a list of professionals matching your criteria. 🤩
💡If you're having trouble choosing among the various professionals available or would like to learn more about their practices, you can look at the comments left by other clients on the professional's home page.
- Once you've selected the professional of your choice, you can look at their availability or join their waiting list. (Optional)
To book an appointment as quickly as possible, don't forget to tick "urgent" in the search bar. This way, GOrendezvous will only display professionals who have availability within the next 3 days.
Once you choose your slot, make sure the right service is selected and add your contact details.
Step 2 - The appointment is confirmed!
Once you have validated all the information, you will receive a confirmation email from the professional. All the information you need for your visit or online appointment will be listed. You can then easily add your appointment to your calendar to avoid forgetting it or incurring cancellation fees! 🥴
Step 3 - I receive a reminder to confirm my appointment
A few days before your appointment, you will receive an email requesting confirmation that you will be there.
Did you forget to confirm your appointment by email? Don't panic! We think of everything! 😎
You'll receive an SMS if you forgot to confirm your visit by email! Simply reply and confirm your attendance.
✍️ After your appointment, we encourage you to leave a review of your visit if the professional asks you to! This will help future clients looking for a professional to make an informed choice.
