## **🔍 A Smarter, More Flexible Search**

The search page now offers:

- A fresh design optimized for mobile and desktop
- Precise filters for easier navigation
- Autocomplete suggestions when clients search by **service, profession, health condition**, business name, or practitioner name

This means better visibility for your services, even if clients don’t type the exact title.

 

## **✅ Clearer, Standardized Professions**

To reduce duplicates and typos, all professions are now standardized and limited to a **maximum of 4 per team member**.

We’ve automatically updated your profession field, but we recommend verifying it to ensure accuracy.

💡 *Note for those using custom profession titles in their email signature:***

You can now customize your signature under **Communication > Email Personalization**.

Plus, you can now link a specific profession to each service, so when a client searches for something like “reflexology” only the relevant services appear.

 

## **🏷️ Better Categorization for Your Services**

Each service can now be tagged with up to **5 “service types,”** making it easier for clients to find you.

> ### **Example:**
> 
> A service titled **“60-minute massage”** can be associated with:
> 
> - Swedish Massage
> - Hot Stone Massage
> - Therapeutic Massage

➡️ Even if the title isn’t an exact match, it will still appear in relevant searches.

❗ Services without a type tag will still show up in general searches but may not appear in service-specific results.

 

## **🔄 Health Condition Filtering — Smarter & More Relevant**

To make the results even more tailored, we have limited the selection of health conditions to 15 per category (physical and mental health).

If your profile currently exceeds this limit, you **won’t show up** in condition-specific searches — so we strongly encourage you to review and refine your selection.

 

## **✅ What You Should Do Now**

To maximize your visibility, we recommend you:

- **Update your profession(s)**
- **Tag each service** with the right types
- **Choose the most relevant health conditions**
