Do you work for two different companies that use our platform? Or do you simply have your own personal practice but work elsewhere too? In sum, do you have two different GOrendezvous accounts registered on two different email addresses? We have some good news for you 🌟 With our brand new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, you can now access all of your profiles, with their respective data, within the same GOrendezvous account.


What is it?

If you are a professional multi-tasker and manage more than one business both on the spot and through GOrendezvous on a daily basis, then this is a great feature for you. Instead of having to connect to your different accounts through distinct email addresses, you can now use the same email address to access all your accounts.



With this feature, you won’t have to remember your different emails addresses, passwords and more importantly, which email is associated to which professional account. You simply need to connect with the same login info no matter which account you are trying to access, and you’re good to go!



Just follow these simple steps:

  • Go on your Account Settings

  • Select the Employees & Services tab

  • Click on Information

  • Change your email to the one associated to your other account in the Email field

  • Click on Save

  • After accepting the invitation, you will be able find both your profiles lodged in the same account by simply clicking on Hi [Your Name]! 😱🎉

If you use our mobile application, please note that this feature, along with Visits and Payments and Token Cards, are now available in our newest version. Don’t forget to update it!
