What is it?
When you have an opening in your calendar because of a cancellation or something else, the Smart Waiting List feature lets you manually trigger your automatic waiting list invitations.
Why?
You’ll be able to select the clients you want to notify. Then, your regular waiting list process will take over. If none of the clients you have manually selected are available, a second batch of invites will be sent according to the waiting list policy you have implemented.
How?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Click on the selected time slot
- Select ‘‘Invite from Waiting List’’
- Choose the clients you want to notify
- And you are done, woo-hoo! 🎉🎉
Additional Info
Your clients will be able to automatically book their appointments with a single click. This awesome feature works on a “First-come, first-served” basis, so the first client that answers will get the spot. And don’t worry, the clients who aren’t fast enough will be notified, and we will invite them to check out your availability.
