Single Sign-On

Do you work for two different companies that use our platform? Or do you simply have your own personal practice but work elsewhere too? In sum, do you have two different GOrendezvous accounts registered on two different email addresses? We have some good news for you 🌟 With our brand new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, you can now access all of your profiles, with their respective data, within the same GOrendezvous account.


What is it?

If you are a professional multi-tasker and manage more than one business both on the spot and through GOrendezvous on a daily basis, then this is a great feature for you. Instead of having to connect to your different accounts through distinct email addresses, you can now use the same email address to access all your accounts.



With this feature, you won’t have to remember your different emails addresses, passwords and more importantly, which email is associated to which professional account. You simply need to connect with the same login info no matter which account you are trying to access, and you’re good to go!



Just follow these simple steps:

  • Go on your Account Settings

  • Selectthe Employees & Services tab

  • Click on Information

  • Change your email to the one associated to your other account in the Email field

  • Click on Save

  • After accepting the invitation, you will be able find both your profiles lodged in the same account by simply clicking on Hi [Your Name]! 😱🎉

This feature is available in the Professional and Business plans.


Additional information

If you use our mobile application, please note that this feature, along with Visits and Payments and Token Cards, are now available in our newest version. Don’t forget to update it!

If you answered yes to one or all these questions, we have some great news for you. Our new and improved custom widget feature can make all of this possible! 


When your clients book appointments with you on their mobile or on your personal website, you can now customize the entire design and branding of the booking sequence they need to go through.

If you are starting from scratch, no need to worry. We offer several default looks that you can pick out, depending on what best fits your needs, from osteopaths, to barbers, nail salon artists and so much more!

If your agency or company’s personal website already has its own design and brand, we imagine you’d want your clients’ booking experience to fit that look. If not, you can simply use this feature to differentiate yourself from the competition and create your own personal style 🔥🔥🔥


Either way, this new feature allows you to entirely customize your client booking experience design. Just select Custom in the drop-down menus, pick a template and switch around the coding sequence to reinstate or create your own design! Not only can you change the background image and colour, but you can also customize the booking button colour, label and font.

Additional Info

When customizing the initial booking button, you can remove the GOrendezvous logo if you wish. However, if our love for you is reciprocated, we’d greatly appreciate it if you kept it 😌


For whom?

This feature is available for all plans. However, please note that the personal customization of the widget is only available in the Professional and Business plans.
